The Toledo Zoo’s Lights Illuminate the Night

Have you ever experienced Lights Before Christmas at The Toledo Zoo and Aquarium? It’s a wonderful event presented by KeyBank. This year, The Lights Before Christmas is going to be held November 22nd- December 31st. If you are a member, reservations are required. Children and Senior tickets are $29, adult tickets are $32, and children under the age of 2 get in for free. The Lights Before Christmas is truly a magical experience, it has over one million shimmering lights, an award-winning Christmas tree, and over 200 illuminated animal images. There are performances from choirs and bands each night and the zoo has a Winter Village! The Winter Village is sponsored by Kroger. While you’re in the Winter Village, you can enjoy a holiday treat at The Twinkle Tavern. The Toledo Zoo’s Enchanted Gifts has seasonal merchandise you can purchase, as well. In The Winter Village, you and your family can make s’mores, visit Santa Claus, enjoy an ice slide, and more. The Toledo Zoo holds new events every day for The Lights Before Christmas.
