Many people believe that Sean will never get another title shot due to #3 in the Middleweight division Khamzat Chimaev getting the next shot at the belt. Also, Sean is getting old and his skill is going down so it is very unlikely he will ever see gold again.

Although the fight has not been scheduled yet. It is very likely that Khamzat will get the next title shot against Dricus in the next couple of months. Many believe that Khamzat will out-grapple Dricus and completely maul him on the ground.
