He had a tough loss during the tournament when he got tech-falled by a Perrysburg wrestler. But after his rough loss, Wyatt wrestled his way back up and ended up placing 3rd. The first question that Wyatt was asked was, how do you bounce back from a tough loss and wrestle back for 3rd? His response was, “I bounce back by just keeping my head up and not letting my emotions control the way I wrestle.” Next Wyatt was asked, how do you feel you wrestled at the tournament? His response was, “I think I wrestled well. I scored a good amount of points for the team and I had some tough matches that I fought through.” Then, He was questioned about how he thinks that he will perform at league this week. “ I think I will perform very well this week because I want to win a league title,” was Wyatts response to the question. Lastly, Wyatt was asked what his goals are for the rest of the year. He responded by saying “I want to qualify for state and make the podium there.”
Next, the Wildcats boys wrestling team will be heading to Norwalk for their league tournament.
