Pick 1 – Tennessee Titans (3-14) .522 (Strength of Schedule) – Cameron Ward – QB / Miami (FL).
Cam Ward heads to Nashville under Brian Callahan heading into his second year of coaching at HC. Ward was a first-team All-American in 2024 and recorded 4,313 passing yards with 39 TDs and 7 INTs with an 88.7 QBR this year. He got invited to New York for the Heisman, getting 4th in the rankings. Ward finished his collegiate career 3rd all-time in passing yards and 1st all-time in passing TDs.
Pick 2 – Cleveland Browns (3-14) .536 (Strength of Schedule) – Abdul Carter – EDGE / Penn State.
Abdul Carter heads next door to Cleveland to partner up on the other side of the DLine with Myles Garrett making a scary duo. Carter was a 2024 first-team All-American and in 2024 he recorded 68 tackles (43 solo tackles) with 12 sacks and 2 FF. Carter entered the draft despite having a year of collegiate eligibility left.
Pick 3 – New York Giants (3-14) .544 (Strength of Schedule) – Shedeur Sanders – QB / Colorado.
Son of the Hall Of Fame corner Deion Sanders, Shedeur is going to the Big Apple. Sanders will pair up with a very talented rookie in Malik Nabers who recorded 1K receiving yards last year. Sanders was coached under his dad from 2021 to 2024 at Jackson State and Colorado. Sanders, a very talented QB in 2024 recorded 4,134 passing yards with 37 passing yards and 10 INT with a QBR of 75.5.
Pick 4 – New England Patriots (4-13) .471 (Strength of Schedule) – Travis Hunter – CB / Colorado.
The winner of the Heisman goes to New England under new head coach and former Patriot, Mike Vrabel. Hunter was a two-way player in college playing WR and CB but is only listed as a CB. It will be interesting to see what he all plays in Foxborough. Hunter was the All-purpose, All-American and won the Blinkintoff. In 2024 Hunter recorded 96 Receptions for 1,258 receiving yards and 15 TDs on offense while on defense he recorded 35 tackles (24 Solo) with 1 FF and 4 ints. Hunter played at Jackson State and Colorado from 2022 to 2024 under Coach Prime and left with 1 year of eligibility remaining.
Pick 5 – Jacksonville Jaguars (4-13) .478 (Strength of Schedule) – Mason Graham – DI / Michigan.
Mason Graham is going to Jacksonville with new coach Liam Coen to boost their defensive line. Graham was an All-American defensive lineman in 2023 and 2024 at Michigan and recorded 46 total tackles (24 solo) he also had 3.5 sacks this season. Graham left college early with 1 year of eligibility remaining.
Pick 6 – Las Vegas Raiders (4-13) .540 (Strength of Schedule) – Tetairoa McMillan – WR / Arizona.
McMillan heads up the road to Las Vegas to partner up with new head coach Pete Carrol. The 6’5 junior recorded 84 receptions for 1,319 receiving yards with 8 touchdowns. Vegas is desperate for some targets with a very poor offense. McMillan left college forgiving his last year of eligibility.
Pick 7 – New York Jets (5-12) .495 (Strength of Schedule) – Will Johnson – CB / Michigan.
Will Johnson goes to MetLife to pair up with one of the best corners in the league in Sauce Gardner. Johnson only played 5 games this year due to “Turf Toe”. Johnson’s best year was in 2023 but in 2024 he recorded 14 tackles (12 solo) with 2 INT both returned for TD’s and 3 PD. Johnson left college early forgoing his last year of eligibility
Pick 8 – Carolina Panthers (5-12) .498 (Strength of Schedule) – Jalon Walker – LB / Georgia.\
Walker heads back to his home in North Carolina to help out a very weak defense in Carolina, ranked 32nd in run defense and 23rd in pass defense. The All-American linebacker recorded 61 total tackles (38 solo) and 6.5 sacks. Walker left college early foregoing his last year of eligibility.
Pick 9 – New Orleans Saints (5-12) .505 (Strength of Schedule) – Tyler Warren – TE / Penn State.
Warren heads down south to New Orleans to help out the Saints offense and Derek Carr. Warren was a first-team All-American and won the Mackey Award. The Penn State TE recorded 104 receptions for 1233 receiving yards for 8 TDs.
Pick 10 – Chicago Bears (5-12) .554 (Strength of Schedule) – Ashton Jeanty – RB / Boise State.
The Heisman runner-up heads to Chicago with new coach Ben Johnson and entering second-year quarterback Caleb Williams. Jeanty was an All-American with one of the best rushing seasons of all time. Jeanty rushed for 2,601 yards on 374 rushing attempts for 29 scores.
