November’s student of the month has been chosen and it is freshman Wren Lewis! Lewis is involved in Key Club, Spanish club, she’s on the soccer team and the track team. Lewis enjoys Spanish class with Mr. Rellstab because she “loves the brain breaks we have on Fridays and I also like how we incorporate a lot of games into our lessons.” In Lewis’s free time, she likes to run, read, bake, and hang out with her friends and family. Speaking of her family, Lewis’s biggest role model is her sister because “She’s such a hard worker and when I see her accomplishments it makes me want to work hard to be like her.”
One of Lewis’s favorite memories from Woodmore is when the soccer team beat Eastwood 2-0 at home. Lewis likes to run especially when she is stressed because “it helps me clear my head and take a break from everything that is stressing me out.” Lewis is only a freshman however, after high school Lewis wants to go to college and study medicine so she can be a doctor or nurse of some type.
