This local business has been trendy recently with lots of students and other members of the community attending after school, work, or even just to go and try something new on the menu. Happy Hideaway was introduced to Elmore, Ohio on the date it opened. The shop is closed on Sunday and is open Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 5 pm. What is Happy Hideaway you may ask? This shop is about health and wellness with quite an extendable menu of various tea bombs, mega teas, shakes, protein coffee, and refreshers available to enjoy. The menu is updated with new drinks to match each month and its festivities.
The shop owner is 31-year-old Casey Brewster who opened the shop earlier this year on April 9, 2024. She’s very passionate about her work and in making these products for the customers to try. To learn more about Happy Hideaway Mrs. Brewster was interviewed with a few questions. She was asked, how was opening this shop improving your experience in owning a business? She said, “opening this business has made me realize that there are a lot of steps into opening businesses and that it’s not just receiving the money then opening and profiting off of it. But there are a lot of steps in between from making certain that you are up to code, and checking that everything runs smoothly before opening and servicing customers. So in a way, it has made me realize that there are a lot more connections that you have to make to see that you are on the right path to succeed as a business.” The second question was, “what is unique about your business?” Her response was, “the most unique thing would have to be the atmosphere because it is very different from what you would normally see at a restaurant or club places to be located. But also that we offer clean and healthy energy that is not only beneficial for everybody such as diabetics as well as students”.
Supporting local businesses surrounding our community is very important to keep a strong environment around adults and children. But it also shows that there is support from the community.
