November Senior of the Month has been achieved by the artistically talented Amira Murphy! Amira is heavily involved in the school community as she participates in FTA, Key Club, NHS, and NAHS. NAHS is her favorite because, “it allows me to express myself as well as fill the school with different art projects!”
Outside of school, Amira is part of the Focus Show. This is a high school level art show from the Northwest region of Ohio. After high school, Amira plans to attend the University of Toledo. She hopes to become a Neuropsychologist, so she will major in Neuroscience and minor in Psychology. Woodmore has provided Amira with “many wonderful experiences”, but there was one that particularly stuck out for her. “the most eye opening was the last day of junior year. On that day, I was able to spend most of it with my best friends. I realized in that moment how far I’ve come and how much I have grown over the course of a year. I was so much happier and that is all thanks to my wonderful friends!” Congratulations to Amira Murphy on being awarded November’s Senior of the Month! And good luck to you after high school!
